Or saunter off to the first floor game room and enjoy views of Lake Travis and the Swim Park from the sun room.

KITCHEN & DINING

Home chefs will appreciate the sparkling kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless-steel appliances and plenty of cookware. When meals are ready, gather at the six-person table and enjoy your culinary delights alongside breathtaking views of Lake Travis. The kitchen bar also accommodates three. A six person dining table is provided on a balcony right outside the kitchen.

BED & BATH

This three-story home sleeps 10 guests in four bedrooms. Find comfort in the master suite, furnished with a queen bed. The ensuite is fitted with a luxurious soaking tub, double vanity and walk-in shower. Three spacious guest bedrooms on the third floor offer a queen bed in each. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and the other two share a bathroom with shower-tub combination. These bedrooms all boats stunning views of Lake Travis.

The fifth bedroom is located on the first floor with two twin beds in a bunk style bed. This room also have a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Enjoy gatherings on the large patio, which features a gas fireplace. Fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco at the six-person table. Two balconies upstairs have seating for twelve.

The Reserve at Lake Travis presents a remarkable array of amenities including a lighted tennis court, and an incredible swim park -- featuring a resort-style pool, lazy river, kiddie pool, swim-up cabana, and waterslide. The swim park is open daily, weather permitting. Weekend food and beverage options on-site include The Lodge and Riverbend Club Pool Bar & Grill, open seasonally.

THE LOCATION

Follow an afternoon spent on the shores of the Colorado River and Lake Travis by treating yourself to a lunch at the Riverbend Club Pool Bar & Grill or a delicious dinner at The Lodge. (Our restaurants are open seasonally.) The water slide is open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend only. Experience live country music at nearby Poodies Hilltop Roadhouse, where you can enjoy a cold beer and tasty meal with sunset views on the deck.

The Hill Country Galleria has an array of unique boutiques, retail outlets, and dining options (30-minute drive). Refine your palate with a visit to Spicewood Vineyards 18 miles from home, or if outdoor recreation is what you’re in search of, there's plenty to be found at Enchanted Rock, Lake Travis Zipline Adventures, Hamilton Pool reserve, and Briarcliff Marina! Golfers, be sure to pack your clubs and take a visit to the nearby Willie Nelson's Cut-N-Putt Golf Course.
